Darryl E. Humphrey is the founder of Gold Protection Service (G.P.S.). This organization is the product of over two decades of law enforcement and private security operations for one umbrella of protection and specializes in all levels of security needs, logistics, planning, and operations. Humphrey is a native of Texas with roots in Houston, Texas. He attended the University of North Texas. Humphrey's law enforcement career began at the University of North Texas Police Department before joining the City of Lewisville Police Department. His career was highlighted when he was selected to the Lewisville SWAT team. SWAT training included firearms marksmanship, physical fitness training, narcotics, hostage rescue, and counter-terrorism. In addition to SWAT, Humphrey received numerous accommodations highlighted with Heroes of Denton County Officer of the Year leading to his promotion to Sergeant. Humphrey retired from law enforcement holding a Master Peace Officer License.  As CEO, Humphrey has command and vision for Gold Protection Service. His leadership, extensive training, and education have established the innovative programs of Gold Protection Service.
